Affiliates are welcome to promote Happier Health through websites, blogs, email newsletters, podcasts, and social media platforms that align with our brand values.

Affiliates must accurately represent Happier Health products and may not make false or misleading health claims. Content should be educational, authentic, and compliant with applicable advertising guidelines.

The following promotional methods are not permitted:

• Paid search using the Happier Health brand name or trademarked terms
• Spam email or unsolicited messaging
• Misleading claims about product benefits
• Unauthorized discount codes or coupon sites without approval

Commissions are earned on qualified purchases made through the affiliate’s unique tracking link or code.

Happier Health reserves the right to review affiliate partnerships and remove affiliates that do not align with brand guidelines or violate program policies.

Happier Health respects the privacy of our customers and partners. Personal information collected through affiliate referrals is handled in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.

Affiliate tracking is managed through Refersion and Shopify to ensure accurate tracking of referrals, orders, and commissions.

We do not sell or share personal customer data with affiliates. Affiliates only receive reporting related to referral performance, conversions, and commission earnings.

By participating in the Happier Health affiliate program, affiliates agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection regulations when collecting or processing customer information.
